Westpoint Distribution Park
The Westpoint Distribution Park storage complex is located about 10 km west of the centre near Václav Havel Airport and the D5, D6 and D7 motorways. The complex also has excellent accessibility by public transport. It consists of five main buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 64,000 m2, in which spaces can be found for lease based on current needs.
A major advantage of this complex is the possibility of utilising a railway siding and the high ceilings of up to 12 m. Ground-level storage spaces have loading ramps by their own gates and thus allow direct loading from tractor trailers. The whole distribution park is guarded 24/7.
